Picture

Friday, October 13

5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

AT THE WASHAKIE MUSEUM | FREE

Hear the stories and meet the participants of The War Babies of Worland, a new oral history collection going live on the Washakie Museum website on October 13.

Compiled by a team of 1960 Worland High School graduates, the collection features interviews with 20 members of the WHS Class of 1960, when Worland’s population doubled, the town had three movie theaters, two flights a day to Denver, and the high school football team was state champion more often than not.

Memories | Music | Stories | Appetizers | Cash Bar

And a classic ‘54 Oldsmobile with a NASCAR-Winning Rocket V8 engine!
