New! STEAM* Saturdays at the Washakie Museum

*STEAM stands for science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics. One Saturday a month in 2019 join us at the Washakie Museum for FREE educational classes based on one of the STEAM subjects.

Teachers: Free scheduled tours are offered for your class during school hours. Please call the Washakie Museum at 347-4102 if you would like to schedule a tour! Treat your students to a field trip to the Washakie Museum. School and youth tours are available year-round and can be tailored to a specific area of study relating to the exhibit gallery content and collections. For an overview of the permanent exhibits please refer to the Permanent Galleries page on this website. The Temporary Gallery changes several times throughout the year.
Check back for upcoming children's education programs!
